この[translations]シリーズは、翻訳を介しながら世界中の人々と会話をしていくという、CAMPのプロジェクト。当面のテーマは「戦争について」。今回はその第二弾!!
「戦争」というと、とても大きくて、とてもシリアスな世界共通の問題でありながら、一個人の経験や、事柄との距離が露骨に出てしまうので、口火を切るのに勇気がいるかもしれない。でもそこはそれCAMPのイベントなのだから、誰かに独占させておくのは、ちょっとの間やめて、重くも軽くもしゃべってしまえば良い。
前回は韓国のアーティストグループOkin Collectiveとスカイプでつないで、戦争についてのイメージをそれぞれのゲストの個人的な認識や経験を拠点にしながら解体を試み、共有できるものかどうかを話していった。

Meiya Cheng メイヤ・チェン
- Meiya Cheng’s research focuses on issues facing cultural production including conditions of exhibitions, the role of existing art institutions and cultural policies that shape the environment surrounding this work. Based on field research in Asia, Cheng initiated the institution Taipei Contemporary Art Center in 2009 with a group of activists, curators and artists to express the necessity of independent, non-profit institutions to serve the art community and to create a base for experimental art practices in Taipei. In addition to this work in the public realm, she also curates and conducts research on art projects in the technological age.
Meiya Cheng is an independent curator and cultural organizer based in Taipei, previously working at MOCA. She has published articles in Artco magazine, Art and Investment and Broadsheet. Recent projects include Taipei Contemporary Art Center, co-founded with a group of activists, artists and curators in 2009; Augmenting the World, a curatorial project for the 6th Taipei Digital Art Festival; and Trading Futures, co-curated with Pauline Yao, TCAC.

小泉 明郎 Meiro Koizumi
- 1976年群馬県生まれ、横浜市在住。2002年チェルシー・カレッジ（ロンドン）卒業。2001年ベックス・フューチャー2 学生フィルム・ヴィデオ部門大賞受賞（ロンドン）。2003年アーカスプロジェクト参加。2005〜2006年ライクスアカデミー（アムステルダム）のアーティスト・イン・レジデンス参加。主な個展に、森美術館「MAM Project 009：小泉明郎」展（2009）、アート・スペース「Broken Hero, Beautiful Afternoon」展（2011／シドニー）、アネット・ゲリンク・ギャラリー「Defect in Vision」展（2012／アムステルダム）がある。また、近年の主なグループ展に、第二回南京トリエンナーレ（2008）、サントリーミュージアム「レゾナンス」展（2010）、第一回愛知トリエンナーレ（2010）、メディアシティソウル（2010）、リバプール・ビエンナーレ （2010）、原美術館「アート・スコープ2009-2011 インヴィジブル・メモリーズ」展（2011）などがある。

長内 綾子 Ayako Osanai
- 1976年北海道生まれ。武蔵野美術大学造形学部建築学科卒。東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科先端芸術表現専攻1年在籍。フリーランスのデザイナーとして活動の傍ら、2004年、アーティストの岩井優らとSurvivart（サバイバート）を立ち上げ、トークや若手アーティストの展覧会を企画。一方で、日韓交流展「POINT」（韓国：Alternative Space LOOP、日本：京都芸術センター）、「Re:Membering」（韓国：Doosan Art Center 他）、大邱写真ビエンナーレ2012（韓国大邱市）では住友文彦氏のアシスタント・キュレーターを務めた。また、3331 Arts Chiyoda プレオープン時よりプログラム・コーディネーターとして、主催事業の展覧会やイベントの企画・運営に携わり、2011年9月に離職。震災以降、毎月東北を訪れる中で、復興へと向かうまちや人々の営みに関心を持ち、そこへ自身の身も投じてみたいという思いから2011年11月、仙台へ移住。コーディネーター、アートディレクター、デザイナーなど、その場に応じた役割で日々の生活を送りつつ、自宅の一軒家を『全部・穴・会館＜ホール＞』と命名し、2012年1月より不定期でアーティスト・トークや映像作品の上映会などを行っている。
